hi, I hope its okay to post here.
im looking for advice reguarding a weak pelvic floor!
luckily i dont have this problem (yet – touch wood!) but a good friend of mine, not on facebook has asked me to do some research for her. She is in her early 60s and has been suffering with her pelvic floor for years. she is frightened of becoming an incontinent old woman! (very fit & active at the moment) her pelvic floor is beginning to hinder her day to day, like she leaks a bit whilst walking so she wont go for a walk. it gets worse throughout the day. She has been looking at these electronic probes? like kegel 8 etc, but I’m wondering if any ladies have had success stories regarding probes like these? all the reviews I’m reading online are off the websites etc and id just like to find some honest people who have actually tried and tested these things.she wants to try averything before considering surgery. (but any surgery stories welcome too!)
