Hi , I was hoping for some advise.

Going to the docs tomorrow but just don’t know if I should be more worried about this.
My lo has a rash on his back, tummy and on his neck. Nothing on his arms or legs, He’s fine within himself. I’ve not changed any of my washing stuff his food nothing . Thank you for reading and pics attached x
