Hi I would really like a private post please.

I’m in abit of a situation I live in a flat and the walls are paper thin i hear the guy next door really screaming at the child its not his… not that it makes it better and the mother seems to not bat a eyelid I know they are heavy cocaine users aswell.
They are constantly screaming at the child and I can hear it through the walls I also hear other things that the child is exposed to but it’s abit graphic to talk about. It’s emotional neglect and abuse I feel for the child. She acts out alot and it’s obvious she is not getting her mother’s attention.
I’m thinking of ringing social services but terrified they will know it’s me and also if I’m just over thinking and not to get involved. I don’t know what to do but it’s eating away at me and just want to know what others would do in this situation as I don’t want a uncomfortable home life but that girl must have one to the way she is spoken to and about as I’ve heard some things through the walls aswell. Can I please have advice please
