Hi please can I have a private post..

My little girl is 3 and will not sleep!! She goes to bed fine at 7.30 every night, everything’s fine till about 2am when she wakes up and is wide awake she has no naps in the day and lives of about 7 hours sleep. She is a really happy child and you wouldn’t know if you met her but it’s taking its time on me and her dad now! We have tried reward charts, not talking to her etc.. but nothing she’s awake she will just sit and play in her room but I won’t let her do that on her own at 2am.. she also won’t eat she is a really fussy eater yesterday all we managed to get down her was 1 bowl of coco pops anything else and you think you have won the lottery. Thank in advance x
