Hi, please can this be posted.

My ex and I haven’t been together since my LG was 9 months. He sees her and has her over night regularly. She stays in the same room as him there as he’s back with his mum. She has her own room at mine.

Just recently she’s taken to sleeping absolutely fine at his. Not waking, sleeping in late, no crying etc… but at mine she’s started waking between 3-4 times a night. She’s asking me to stay with her, wants another bottle to help her go back to sleep, says she’s scared so I got her a night light, or just generally whinges till I end up having to go in and tuck her back up. She was a really good sleeper up until recently.

Anyone got any advice to help me get a full nights sleep again please?
