Anyone really struggled to lose weight after a baby? My lg is 10 month and I have gained 2stone I have 3 children at school and my 10 month old. I’ve paid for a gym for years which I never have time to get too. I just feel like rubbish Make it worse I was carrying cakes from a party and my oh called me bertha (big bertha) I no he was joking but it hurt a little as he doesn’t realise I’m stuggling as he works from 8-6 so he is never around… yesterday he was singing I’m a little tea pot short and stout again joking but I feel worse than I did and really want to get the weight off… any inspiration send my way before and after pics and what helped you I would be intrested…
