Has anyone experienced bulging discs in there back, I have 6, had epidural steroid injection in 2015 and I’ve been great but have gotten bad again past few weeks, waiting to get injection again which will prob be months t way t hospital is at t moment, can anyone recommend anything I can take, I’m on strong anti inflammatories and I take Tylex at night
But hate taking so much, makes me very constipated and miserable, any advice and tips would be great??
