Hi ppp just wondering if anyone can describe the symptoms of b12 deficiency please? And what did you say to your doctor? I get strange numbness is my arms randomly and I am always tired and wake with headaches almost every day. I also suffer from infertility (4 years ttc) I’ve read a lot about b12 effecting your fertility, has anyone found this has been the case for them? What do I say to my doctors to get a test? Also, can overweight people get it? Thanks x
