Im.suffering with horrendous back pain due to an accident i had 3years ago in September. I have sever nerve damage in my lower spine. Pain in left hip. But now with my pregnancy (24+3) i am im crippling pain my hips and pelvis are in horrific pain and my back is giving out multiple times during the day which is effecting my legs due to the nerves. I am on co-codamol 30mg every 4 hours max dosage i can have whilst pregnant. But even this isnt helping. Do any of you ladies know what i could try.
Anyone have any experience with this. The pain im in now i know i will be begging them to deliver me as soon as i hit 37weeks as i am physically struggling especially when i have my 3yo daughter at home. I just dont know what to do other than cry 😢
