Hi there can anyone help please.

I’m 29+3 weeks second baby.
Over the last week I’ve had shooting pains in my vagina with a little discharged. They do go to the bottom of my stomach. It doesn’t hurt to wee or wipe but than today I’ve had them really bad and I’ve just been to the toilet and omg it brought tears to my eyes when i wiped.

On my way back from a day out so when im back going to ring midwife but any ideas what it could be.
