Hi there can I have a private post please

I have a little boy who is 3 and a boy who is 1 and a half, my problem is my eldest just will not warm to the little one. He won’t share, he won’t act in any loveable way, he seems to just snatch and push him away constantly. I am at my wits end because all I would like is for them to get on. I’m not sure whether it is an attention thing. We have tried to encourage the eldest to treat the little one in a nice way and to share but nothing works. We have tried using the naugthy step if he kicks or pushes him or snatches. That doesn’t work, he just doesn’t understand. I hate seeing them not getting along. We take the eldest to his own hobby on his own, its not like he doesn’t get attention. He said he wanted to ‘send the youngest one back’ today, that really hurt me. I never imagined it to be like this. I get its jealousy but all we do is try! Does anybody have any tips or been through this that can just reassure that it won’t be a permanent thing. Thanks!
