Hi there could I have ppp please. I need your advice about anxiety. It seems my partner of 4 years one of which engaged doesn’t understand my anxiety. I don’t think he was me to suffer with it because he doesn’t show any emotions towards me when I’m Having my bad days. Like just, when he said to me “stop bringing your fucking anxiety up” in a conversation in public where I said “I’m going to let your bad mood make my anxiety high. I haven’t said much to him and I don’t know what to do know I’m quite upset but if I were to cry he’d tell me to stop crying… Please help.
