Hi there could you post anonymous please..
Looking for some advice here to the whole pros and cons of child benefit when you have split with partner i.e the entitlement and legibility of ex partner to cb.. We have recently split up and he is determind he is entitled to half of cb each month.. Is this true? I have been told hes not entitled to any as he doesnt stay here and i am main carer of son….? I have been giving him it recently but now ive stopped Court and all sorts are getting mentioned here because of all this… Help and advice would be highly apreciated as i have no clue..🔫😳😳 tia xx
