Hi was wondering if you could post for me, I’ve just noticed my 6 week old daughter has these on her top and bottom lip on the inside, they’ve only appeared this evening, I will be making a doctor’s appt but was just wondering if anyone could shed any light on it and wether it’s something I should be worried about.
