I can’t remember the name of it all my kids have had at some point it’s a virus can last as long as 18months to 2 years will go on there own most common in children under 5 dr wnt do a lot about them as they dnt like to leave scars behind
My eldest daughter has these they haven’t got the holes in the head like chicken pox do but because my younger daughter has just had them I’m thinking it could be the start to them so maybe ur boy could have chicken pox x
