‼️CAN EVERYONE PLEASE SHARE THIS DO NOT BUY BLINDS FROM HILLARYS ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN!! ‼️
I got some blinds fitted by them and the full head rail and blinds fell down missing my little girl who at the time was 18 months by inches if it had of hit her on the head she would of ended up In hospital as the weight of it was so heavy!
Hillary’s don’t care with one of the managers of customer services saying to me “Well it didn’t hit her did it” and have offered me a £50 voucher so I can replace my now damaged blinds because they had been up for 18 months and weren’t in the years warranty this company is an absolute disgrace and I just want to want let everyone know especially people with little children.
NEVER to purchase from them I have just been told In an email that if it had hit her, they have insurance so could of dealt with it that way which is lovely of them not bothered that my daughter could of been seriously Injured.
PLEASE SHARE AS THE BLINDS THEY FIT ARE DANGEROUS AND THE COMPANY COULDNT CARE LESS‼️‼️
