Hiya can I have a private post please
Advice about car seats

How do other moms and dads strap their 4 yr old child in the car with using the car seat I myself strap the carseat in first then my little boy gets in and I use the harness to fasten him in but when his dad has him he doesn’t use the harness he just pops the carseat in the back and just puts the seat belt over our child and the carseat so just wondering which one is right for his age or can you do it both ways
