Hiya can I have a private post please
So this is a long one. I’ve just come off the phone with women aids who I spoke to about 4weeks ago. I am in an emotional abusive relationship. I can’t just leave as I have nowhere to go. I have asked if it was possible to go into a refuge with my children, that’s close by because I had to rip them out of school over a year ago cause things have gone so bad. They have just settled back in and I explained to the women aid lady that I can’t do it again to my children they suffered enough. My partner is a constant drinker. He’s had his day off today because he’s had a court appointment for drink driving and it was postponed so he decided to bugger off to the pub with his mate at 11am. When I phoned him at lunch time he was already slurring. I phoned him about 5ish and he said don’t wait for me I’m staying down the pub. He’s down the pub nearly every night til closing time. I’m sitting here 4th weekend in a row (he’s been drinking during the week too) waiting for him to come home being anxious of what mood he’s going to be in. I have told him I’m leaving him tonight but I have actually nowhere to go. I just wanna pack up my babies and go .if I could I’d sleep in the car with them. I can’t move away from where I live. I’ve just started making friends,my kids have settled so well and i started a new job which i absolutely love. I don’t know what to do. Thinking of staying in a travelodge til Monday but then what am I gonna do.the council said to me 4 weeks ago they can’t do much for me as I have a roof over my head and I’m not in danger.
