hiya. could i get a ppp? please?

simple but a lengthy one. please bare with me.

has anyone dealt with the father of their child denying parentage ? they were married until the son was two, there are other kids in the marriage but theyre too old for csa.
he is literally a double of the dad, hes a teenager now, so more like him day by day.

so csa have got back to my friend saying her ex husband is denying parentage of the child (classic he doesnt want to pay. has never paid and even went on benifits to not pay) is this allowed ? i mean, they were married, hes on the birth certificate ?

and if it is allowed, were does she stand if he is saying to mutual acquaintances that he will send his brother for the swab/blood sample instead.

obviously he looks simialr enough and the gp wouldnt know either of them well enough to notice.

is there any way a witness she trusts can be present?
or both sanples get taken at the same time by the same centre?

obviously they are not on speaking terms. so they cant work it out amoungst themselves.

it seems so petty in my opinion that some men can throw their children away so easily, espciallg over a 5-40 a week.
