I’ve just got this message from my ex: ‘If he’s available and he wants to come I’ll collect him tomorrow at 12 and have him for 4 hours as his behaviour did improve from the previous week. I would then drop both children back at 4pm. It’s too soon for overnight stays at the moment’
Long story short, he’s refusing to see my son except for 1 hour a week but wants to see my daughter for the full amount of the custody order that we have in place. It is Father’s Day tomorrow and my son wants to wake up with his dad and he’s sent me that message. I’ve told him that he can either have both of them or neither of them because it isn’t fair on my son. Also he expects us to plan our day around him picking up and dropping off whenever he wants when we have plans to celebrate Father’s Day for my partner with his children.
Am I in the wrong saying this do you think?
