Hiya I’m just looking for abit of advice and to see if anyone else has had the same, my 10month old has always been a mommys girl like if I was to leave the room she’d just sit at the door crying until I’m back or if I went out she’d play up for dad.. now she caught a cold at the weekend but has now cleared up but since having the cold she literally stands at the front of the sofa screaming at me all day! As soon as I lift her she’s fine and will just sit calmly on me but as soon as she’s back down she will throw the biggest tantrum, screaming, bouncing on her bum in anger! She’s had me in tears today.. it’s so hot and i can’t get anything done whilst she’s stuck to me. I just don’t know why she’s doing this? Fair enough when she was ill I didn’t mind cause she obviously just wanted comfort from me but she isn’t ill anymore😑 thankyou

Ive had the same thing with my 9 month old son! I cant leave him for a minute he just has a tantrum and wont go to his dad. Mines teething though so i get he needs comforting but he wont go to anyone else or play with his toys when im around! Its so draining x
Aaah the clingy stage! Just take it as it comes. My 14month old went through this and it soon passed!
Now he will kick off if I want to cuddle him! Enjoy the time.
Your house will look like a war zone but it doesn’t last forever! ❤️
Sounds just like my daughter, she’s 9 months! I find if I lay on the floor next to her she stops crying and plays with her toys fine. Think it’s just clingyness and the want to be near you. Can be very frustrating though! Xx
