Hiya private post please.

So my childs dad is in prison. I visit him with my daughter every 2 weeks but in 2 months I’m moving to America to go to university. We aren’t together but I am still madly in love with him and whenever I see him he says that he can’t wait until he’s out so he can propose. Anyway, so he knew since last year that my plan was to go to university and he was over the moon with it because I’m following my dreams to give my daughter a great future. I went to see him today and told him that everything has been sorted and I will be leaving to go in 2 months time. I told him I will come back every month with my daughter to see him as it’s not fair my daughter don’t see her father, even if he is in prison. He’s told me I’m a selfish bitch who only thinks about herself and I’m taking his daughter away from him. I’ve tried explaining that he can FaceTime everyday (he has a smartphone in prison), and that I will bring her back to see him once a month. He said this isn’t enough and that if I decide to go to America I can “fuck off and stay there”. We had a phone call and I just cried down the phone because I don’t know what to do. I want to follow my dreams, I want my daughter to have a better life. I don’t think I’m being selfish. Please what do I do? Xx
