Hiya sorry to bother you I am just wondering if I could have a private post please?

Hi ladies and gents, I am just wondering if somebody could give me some advice about sick notes I have been in a job for 2 years and recently it has become so high pressured, I work part time and the quantities of work they are giving me is work that I’d struggle to get done in a full time position let alone part time. Over the past couple of weeks my anxiety has got worse with the pressures of work, I’m getting headaches, it’s making me sick and I’ve been having panic attacks. I’m just wondering if I go to the doctors can they give me a note so I can have a bit of a rest? I’m so fed up and down thank you xx
