Hiya. Was wondering if I could have a private post please.
My mom was charged with child neglect (wrongly) about 3/4 years ago, I was molestered by my step-dad (her husband) while she was working and at uni, my mom didn’t have a clue about it until my grandad found out and phoned the police and the police came to my house. My mom was devastated when she found out. Me my brother and sister were taken off of my mom and put into care for 8 months. I would of had to go to court. But because my mom pleaded guilty to child neglect I didn’t have to. The only reason she pleaded guilty was to stop me going. I’d never told my mom about the abuse so I believe it’s really unfair that she’s had to pay for my mistakes. So I was wondering if there was a way ( now I’m 18) to be able to get it revoked. Please no bashing as I just want some advice and i don’t blame my mom for anything one bit as it wasn’t her fault I didn’t tell her about the abuse.

I think your mum is an amzing person to do that and get branded with that so that you dont have to go to court i have no advice but hope you can sort it out for you and your mum’s sake ❤ i also hope that scum gets what he deserve and that you have an amazing and wonderfull life xx
