Hope could I have a private post please. My little girls is 5 me and her dad split a while ago his have been fine regular contact maintance etc but her dad got a new girl freind about 7 months ago and I’ve since then my little girls dad won’t speak to me let me know how my daughter is when I txt doesn’t reply when I update him on our daughter. Well this weekend she came home and told me about something that had happened with the girl freind witch I wasn’t happy about it questioned it amd again got no reply so messaged his girl freind as I wanted answers. Now I had a txt off him saying he is cutting all ties with me and he won’t be picking his daughter up and will see me in court! I have tried with this man so much so we can be civil for our daughters sale as she’s he apple of both our eyes. My question is what happens if he apply for court? Will I have to pay? I have never once stopped him from seeing her and never will he knows that and I have made it clear to everybody. Thanks in advance I’m so stressed over all this x
