how do i keep a four year old occupied, she wants me to play with her 24/7, she wont occupy herself, if i not playing with her or doing something continiously ie 24/7 attention she kicks off and has full on paddys xx

Try putting different tasks you and she need to do on post it’s including her playing on her own, the two of you playing, going out, household jobs, shopping etc
Draw a grid for the day to start with and ask her to plan the day. You can then build it up to her planning the week
You’ll need to stick to it at least for the first few days – it may help her to see there are times for both of you and times for her. Xx
