I had an aching pain under my left breast whilst pregnant which the doctor put down to muscle strain but since having the baby I still occasionally get it and because of my paranoia I have been checking for lumps in my breast. Haven’t breast fed since the second day of baby being here but my left boob still leaks milk in small amounts especially first thing in the morning and my nipple does ache sometimes and is cracked and dry. Haven’t checked my boob for about a week and half so is it worth going to the doctors or just because of me checking my breast for a lump?
