I just want to know if I’m taking this too far.

I’m on a controlled drug for my liver… my partner of 5 years and I have 2 children with him asked me this morning if I stopped taking my medication how long would it take for me to die?
I absolutely lost it, he said he should be able ask me such questions. But I definitely don’t think it is something to ever be brought up I’m on the medication for a reason not fun! It keeps my liver functioning as well as it possibly can
