I’m 18 weeks pregnant. Went shopping today and was trying to get my toddler in the trolley seat. He’s was being difficult with his feet not putting them in the holes and I pulled a muscle in my stomach I think trying to hold him to long. I wet myself and since then have had really bad pain in my bladder area. I’ve felt a few glitters since so not really worried about the baby but would like some advice on what I’ve done and how to make it hurt Less. Medication isn’t an options as my kidneys are already struggeling. Thanks c
