Is it ok to post this private as dony want anyone to see its me, so long.story short Ive been in a refuge for nearly a year me.and my ex split because of physical emotional abuse we have a child togther who is 18 months old now my ex hasn’t seen him for nearly. 10 months and all he has ever done is use him.as a weapon I filed for divorce and all of a sudden. He wants contact I’ve said no. due the dv and him being a danger to our son this is just a control thing with him even when we was togther he wasn’t interested in him, has anyone been theough court theough dv my soliciter has explained the process um.really worrid about it all she has explained we both will be crossed examened as it’s an allegation of dv I never got the police involved has anyone got any advice or who has been through this would be greatful xx
