Iv recently split with my partner long story short hes tret my daughter like poop for a while to the point shes not wanted to come home, im currently 14 weeks pregnant and i have a son to him already, hes been threatening me with court, socail services contacting my ex mothet in law trying to cause trouble (which obviously hasnt worked) iv blocked his number and blocked any contact for the time being my midwife is concerned about my weight due to stress levels, but the last time he spoke to me hed apperently veen speaking to a solitor over the phone and im expecting a letter and il have 14 days to respond otgerwise court proceddings will go ahead and i basically have to agree to whatever hes applying for, iv not denied him access at all i agreed to 5 hours every saturday due to the fact hed never really bothered or bonded with our current son and i dont partically trust him to take care of him and he said his solictor said it isnt enough,is it possible yo do all this over the phone without actually seeing someone, im scared because he lies so much and its really upsetting me.
Iv tried to be reasonable with him which hasnt worked has anyone been in this situation and whats the best way to deal with it?
