May I have a private post please how would i get the replies ??

I’m currently working and being made redundant I would like to know what you would do in my shoes no judging please.
My job is being made redundant I can reapply for more work same wages or take little over 2k redundancy.
I have been lookong for work and getting callbacks. My partner works days so could not look after children in school holidays.
Recently had my 2nd child and childcare for me to work 3 days would be 150 plus additional in school holidays for my other child.
I could take redundancy and look for an evening job saving money on child care but risk being out of work.
Could take time off and spend woth my children for a year but unsure if we qualify for any tax credits.
‘re apply for my job loose my redundancy and have increased work load and stress but have a job and income.
What would you do please and why.
