May I please have a ppp thank you…

Hi I’m a single mum of 5 children, they are ages
18,17,16,14 & a 11 months old
My 11 month old sleeps all through the night from 8pm till 7:30am, my 17 years old is the mean one that if ever I needed help or anything with the little one he would be there..
So I have decided to go back to work my hours are 10pm till 4am 2 days a week & my 17 years old is prepared to see to the little one if he wakes & where I work it’s only 10mins away, all things have been put in place in case anything happens, all my children are really responsible & respectful & we are all in a routine & handling the change really well..
My ex didn’t have a problem with this but in conversations When he can’t get his own way he makes me feel guilty going back to work earlier then I planned & now he is threatening me with the authority’s..

What do you guys think?
I am doing anything wrong?
I am breaking the law?
