Me again lol can I have a ppp?

2months ago my smear results came back abnormal, so I had the LLETZ treatment and those results came back as me having/had CIN3 and was told to have another smear in 6months, February time.

Anyways, I woke up during the night last night with these awful cramps in my lower stomach, got back to sleep and woke up this morning absolutely fine but this afternoon the cramps are back, I’m just wondering if it’s possible to tell if these CIN3 cells are back or if they can return this soon after having them removed? Any advise would be highly appreciated, il be phoning the doctors first thing tomorrow morning.. I’m currently breastfeeding and on the mini pill and haven’t had a period since giving birth 8months ago, bought a pregnancy test just so I could rule pregnancy out but just my luck I had to pick up a test that came back invalid! Not sure what to do now other than wait to see a doctor tomorrow? Going out of my mind with worry if these awful cells are back. Thank you x
