Me and my bf been together for 2 years and 6 months he’s mentally abusive to me sometimes he’s throws things that just miss me he calls me names talk to his mates about me make me do everything for him had enough so yesterday went to see police officer and a social worker together at my sisters the police officer have put a marker on my phone and address if I call the police that will treat it as first response cal due my learning disabilitys and social worker said he will some calls to see if I my local council will take me back on as I have no rights as I live in his flat not on the teancy agreement the police will refer me see if I can go into a refuge my question is how do I leave without him knowing as he allways in doors
He will blame he’s moods as he has depression😳
