Me and my daughters dad split 4 months ago. Her dad worships the ground she walks on and there’s no denying he isn’t an amazing dad to her. I no I am very lucky to have a good father figure in her life and some dads and even mum’s don’t bother. Her dad lives with his mam and he has her 2 nights a week. My daughter is only 11 months and I try my best to feed her a good healthy diet with the very odd treat. However when she stays with her dad her they feed her crap snacks all of the time. The other day his mam was feeding her skips crisps at 10 to 12 when I walked thru the door to pick her up knowing fine well she has her lunch at 12. Tonight I video chatted my baby to say goodnight and she was eating jam and bread at 7pm bearing in mind she goes to bed at 6 they fed her this even before giving her bedtime bottle which meant she probably didn’t drink her milk! Also on FaceTime his mam was making comments in the back ground like ‘Your mammy should he working not on the phone talking to you’ even though my boss knows I ring my daughter if I don’t have her before bed and they are happy with this whenever I speak to my baby on phone she’s always talking making comments in the background I didn’t ring to talk to Her! Sorry for the rant I just do not no weather to let this drop or if I should say something but I no it will end up in an argument x
