**mental health** after years of seeing doctors saying I’m depressed and beating around the bush I’ve finally gone and said everything I need to, he said it sounds like bipolar or personality disorder. He has reffered me somewhere and said it’s complex so he can’t deal with it. has anyone gone through this and can say what will happen next? I don’t know who I’m waiting to hear from or how long it will take. Since being a child I’ve always known I’ve had problems, it feels better now I’ve spoke to someone properly but now I’m just feeling a bit lost x
