Might get mixed reaction but would like some advice. My ex pays me £25 a week for our son and is ment to have him twice a week but since the summer he has him maybe once or not at all a week. He said once his wages go up after his training period at work he would put up the maintenance or he would buy our son things he needs. None of which has happened its been left to me and my family to pay for pritty much everything. I’m thinking of going through cms set up a claim before but he told me to cancel it and we can sort it ourselfs. He is always buying for his gf and there baby and my son gets nothing but his £25 a week and hardly any contact would others just do the cms and get what they calculate as then its a fair rate for what he is earning.
