Morning. Can I have a post please.. does anyone have any tips on how to get my 8 month old to settle in the night. He goes to bed at 7 and usually has always slept through from 7:30-7:30 from 7 weeks old. He only has 1/2hour in the morning & 1/2 hour in the afternoon nap so he goes to bed at 7 as he is so tired. He wakes at 4 every day and I have to bring him downstairs as he would wake up my 2 year as he just doesn’t settle no matter what I try. I’m so exhausted 😴😴 any tips would be greatly appreciated. thankyou x
