My cousins daughter is super skinny, without her clothes it’s disturbing to look at her because she’s so skinny. She’s 2. Everytime I see her mum all she gets her is food from McDonald’s or she will try to meet me and say let’s take her McDonald for lunch. Picking her up she’s literally so thin, her mum joked saying she looks anorexic. when her dad asks her mum what the little girl ate she will lie and say she’s eaten etc when really she’s eaten nothing or a few chip. My mum says she don’t think she’s feeding the girl properly. What should I do?
