My son has a cold only 7 months old I’m wondering if there is anything else I could be doing to help him

Calpol vaour plug in
Baby vapour rub on chest throat and feet
Been bathed in vapour baby bath, also turned the shower on for 20 min before hand to get the bathroom steamy
Got baby vapour oil in boiling water next to his cot
And bibs hanging up with vapour oil on them
Hestill has a blocked nose and is struggling
Also gave him Calpol
And he’s propped up a bit in his cot
