My son has chicken pox, he has ones like these all over him, it’s been 4 days and they still look so bad. My daughter has them too and they don’t look this bad and hers are starting to scab. Do you think they could be getting infected or is it normal? Just looking dor advice and I don’t want to unnecessarily sit in a doctors waiting room spreading it around for no reason. Thanks.
