My son is 17 months has never slept through wakes 4-5 times a night used to self settle doesn’t anymore when he goes to bed I have to go with him and lie next to his bed takes me about a hour or so to get him to sleep with a back rub, he has a toddler bed as he hates being in a cot.. need some tips I dread bed time when he wakes in the night he just cries and cries so stuck on what to do

Have you tried giving him something that smells of you, ie teddy, top, blanket etc! I let my son lay on my dressing gown in the winter and it worked x
