39+4 .. been having practice contractions for about 2 weeks.. 3 cm dilated 3 weeks ago.. got bad diarrhoea today.. and last night i had the worst contraction ever which lasted over a minute.. and feeling really sick.. what is going on ! why is this taking so long ! 😞
