  • 😡😡😡 ppl like this greatly tick me off!! They refused to put dad on the certificate, refuse contact then demand money from CSA!!

Hull her back side into court! He is the dad and has every right to see his child! And the child has every right to see it’s dad!! 😡😡😡 good luck in whipping her butt!

(And before I get a bashing, yes I know there are a few exceptions due to DV etc)

  • Court is the only way, gain parental responsibility. Even if he is proved through DNA it means nothing. He must still pay his child maintenance but he has no rights to access unless gained through court

  • I’d say stop paying CSA until he gets access to his child if she’s just being funny, but I know people will kick off, if she’s doing it for a legit reason then all I can say is seek legal advice and see what they say? Court maybe to get it in writing that he can have access? X

  • Unfortunately paying csa don’t mean he’s any rights to see his child /children and to be honest I would be getting a solicitor involved and going through it all the right way x

  • As far as I’m lead to believe, if DNA has proved he’s the father, she needs to put him on the birth certificate. Once that’s done he will have rights.

  • A court order but some people still dont stick to them all he can do is keep trying and keep everything for when the kids older to show them he has tryed

  • Only option is court. Best get saving as it’s expensive, find a decent solicitor.
