Need some advice please my daughter is 9 she was knocked flying by another child in yard Thursday lunch time, she was taken to first aid for burst lips and bruised cheek but I was not informed. My daughter kept telling teachers etc that she was in pain and 3 trips to first aid they still did not inform me. I picked her up at 4.15 and could see instantly something was wrong her arm it was hanging. After taking her to walk-in Center then to a&e they confirmed a broken collarbone I’m devastated she has sat in pain for so long and told her the school has let her down by not taken action. I have a meeting with the head teacher tomorrow and really don’t know what to do. I would be grateful for any advise.
