Old wifes tales
Last year i did the bleach test and it fizzed the next day i found out i was pregnant, then sadly lost it then i did it again no reaction, please no judging or bashing awaiting a scan and tests, i did baking soda about 5 mins again and it fizzed but as far as im aware im not pregnant been on the depo for 18 months, now could this be the depo or is there something i dont know? Getting a test tomorrow.. no bashing please

Hey ladies ot wasnt bleach it was baking soda i did it with wasnt using it as a test was saying what happened to previosuly and i did the bleach test a year ago and the next day did a test it was positive i was 9 weeks but lost it… tonight i used my urine with baking soda and its fizzed up straight away, now i have beem to my drs to get a scan as ive been suffering with really strong period cramps aswell as boobs are painful and feel bigger, bloating and wanting certain things, now i am on the depo. Just found it odd how BAKING SODA has reacted…
The baking soda one is an old wives tale to find out the sex as if your pregnant with a girl or boy (I can’t remember which ) your wee has something in which makes it fizz and with the other it doesn’t fizz xx
This is not a test. Urine reacts with bleach like that anyway. Its an old wives tale.
Baking soda will fizz with pretty much any liquid. Its a chemical reaction. It has nothing to do with pregnancy
It’s honestly rubbish Hun, don’t worry about it, I wouldn’t even waste your money on a test x
I did the bicarb test to find out the sex of my current pregnancy n it was right for me
