Not br not could you post for me please. *Pic attached in comments*. This is my big right toe which I stubbed last October while hopping around the house in a black boot after fracturing my left ankle. Anyway I painted my toenails blue to cheer my shelf up. Does anybody know what the red bit is.. BTW the blue won’t come off, I’ve tried nail polish remover and it won’t work. Any help would be much appreciated thank you. Pic in comments
