This is what I am using for my 4 months old , but never found anything in his powder. I will be checking everytime when i prepare his food.
Another thing why do we actually see pics the items in the milk etc
Its just looks liks clean dry plastic

Never an issue!.
Cant always be perfect mistakes etc are always made.
