Please can I ask for some advice please.
I left my ex 8 months ago due to domestic violence. Me and my children went back to my mum’s. (We lived with her before we moved) I’m just finishing our new house out. But my eldest is struggling with leaving Nanny. He thinks Nanny no longer apart of our family. He is beyond close to her.
I need advise on how to make him feel better. I’ve told him Nanny very much a part of our family and we need Nanny in our lives but we can have our own house to make memories in. Anyone got any suggestions how to make it any easier?

If nanny would allow it maybe have him have sleep overs and arrange times out even if you just do your weekly shop together , put some photos of her around your house, get your mum to speak to him also and maybe do regular phone calls for a while to reassure him xx
I would say moving day ha e nanny be at the house when you arrive with his favourite toy or something x
